Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team! The Technical Consultant is a technical portfolio specialist who helps translate client requirements into projects, working closely with Sales and other departments.

Responsibilities:

– Translate customer problems into detailed technical architecture and interfaces;

– Develop custom software solutions to meet customer needs;

– Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure high-quality project delivery;

– Identify and resolve complex technical issues;

– Create solution description, with support from sales, service owner, product management and other support functions;

– Conduct technical workshops, present technical solutions/use cases and perform training and consulting services with customers;

– Interact with customers and key account partners during the solution definition and project execution phase; build strong customer relationships and trust;

– Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing; provide improvement suggestions internally (process, features);

– Proactively manage internal and external processes and interfaces to define and configure products and solutions to customer requirements.

– Innovation-focused approach when working on projects that aim to guarantee Ips (when feasible).

Requirements:

– Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.

– Experience with service software solutions in the B2B3 segment, working directly with customers on technical requirements.

– Experience in R&D, IT and/or related engineering field.

– Experience in IT, telecom industry, e.g. eSIM standards, GSMA, ETSI and global platform for the telecom industry

– Professional experience in Technical Project Management, PM certification, e.g. IPMA, PMI (beneficial).

– Knowledge of IT, cloud technologies and security information systems.

– Knowledge of mobile networks, authentication platforms, secure domains, data generation, TSM and OEMs.

– Knowledge of service and solution sales.
